I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about working with individuals and families as they navigate different transitions throughout their lives. I value my relationships with my clients and focus on providing them with a safe space to open up and feel heard. Looking at ourselves and making changes for the better can be a very difficult thing to do, therefore, I make sure to approach therapy with my clients in an authentic, direct, and collaborative way.
My work with clients has focused on anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and improving relationships between family members. I work from a systemic perspective and believe that our relationships and past experiences shape us into the people we are today.
My hope for my clients are to be able to reach their best versions of themselves in the therapy room and take those skills they learn and apply them to their everyday lives.
Outside of sessions, you can find me in the gym, at a concert, or on a long run. I am a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan, so Sundays during football season are very special days in my household.
